国际美食家大中华协会（CGA）是国际美食家协会（AIG，Académie Internationale de la Gastronomie）在大中华区唯一授权协会，深耕中华美食文化传承与创新，推进中外饮食学术交流与全球传播，促进全球美食文明互鉴与合作共赢。

The Chinese Gastronomy Association (CGA) is the sole authorized association of the Académie Internationale de la Gastronomie (AIG) in Greater China, dedicated to inheriting and innovating Chinese culinary culture, advancing academic exchange between China and the world, and promoting mutual learning among global food civilizations.

1983 年创立的全球美食学术联盟，横跨欧、美、亚、非，成员为国家或地区美食学会，旨在保护与发扬地区和国家文化及其烹饪遗产。Founded in 1983 as a global academic alliance of national and regional gastronomy academies across Europe, the Americas, Asia and Africa.

源起 · 法国新烹调运动Born of the Nouvelle Cuisine Movement

AIG 成立于法国「新烹调美食运动」爆发后的 1983 年。这场运动由法国名厨保罗·博古斯（Paul Bocuse）、让·特鲁瓦格罗（Jean Troisgros）、米歇尔·盖拉尔（Michel Guérard）等共同发起——他们摒弃法国烹饪的经典手法，创立「新美食十诫」，并由法国现代记者亨利·戈尔（Henri Gault）等推广开来，改变了半个世纪以来的法式料理。

The Académie Internationale de la Gastronomie was founded in 1983, in the wake of the Nouvelle Cuisine movement led by Paul Bocuse, Jean Troisgros and Michel Guérard — a culinary revolution that championed fresh ingredients and the true flavour of food.
